Diesel-electric dual-power hydraulic system
The CY-RV series of patio drilling rigs boast an innovative hydraulic system derived from the CY-R series. This system introduces a cutting-edge, independent diesel-driven high-pressure hydraulic system, engineered with constant power control, load-sensing, and full-proportional electromagnetic control. The electric power efficiently handles all field operation tasks, while the diesel power is dedicated to the traveling function, maintaining the exemplary technical standards of the CY-R series' hydraulic systems.
Self-lubricating and maintenance-free track undercarriage
Our expertly crafted hydraulically driven track undercarriage features four leveling jacks, complemented by two spring-actuated hydraulically released wet brakes and a towing clutch. This undercarriage is self-lubricating and maintenance-free, designed for two-speed automatic shifting, and offers wireless operation both on and off the vehicle. It ensures safety, reliability, and flexibility, enabling quick turnarounds and enhanced efficiency.
Two drilling modes, three operation modes
The control system is equipped with dual working modes: high-precision drilling mode and fast drilling mode, along with three operation modes: manual, wire control, and wireless. This versatile system allows users to select the appropriate working mode based on the manhole's precision needs and geological conditions, while also choosing the best operation mode according to the site's positioning and real-time situation.
RCS Intelligent Control System
The CY-RV series of patio drilling rigs are integrated with the RCS intelligent control system, offering automated operations for enhanced safety protection, efficient fault diagnosis, comprehensive data storage, seamless interconnected communication, and a digital display interface.
